Jane Ashmore is a television director. She has directed episodes of the BBC soap opera *EastEnders* since 2016, with credits extending to 2025.

She previously worked as a first assistant director on *EastEnders* (2013–2016) and other series including *Doctors*, *Wolfblood*, *Casualty* and *The Coroner*. Ashmore has also directed episodes of *Emmerdale* (2021–2024) and *Coronation Street* (2021), as well as the short film *Love* (2021).
