## Biography

Jane Brody, also credited as Jane Drake Brody, is an American actor. She has appeared in television series including as the Ethics Professor in *Easy* (2016) and as Mary Jo Miller in *Somebody Somewhere* (2022–2023).

Brody grew up between Atlanta, Georgia, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She began acting at the age of 14 and later worked extensively as a casting director, winning a CSA Artios Award for her work on the film *Fargo* (1996). She has also directed for the stage and taught acting at universities including DePaul University and Louisiana State University.

Her other screen credits include guest roles in *Chicago Med* (2018) and *Chicago Fire* (2020). She is married to Walter Leo Brody.
