Jane Merrow (born Jane Josephine Meirowsky) is a British actress. She was born on 26 August 1941 in Hertfordshire, England, and trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

She appeared as Alais in the film *The Lion in Winter* (1968), a role that earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Merrow had an active career in British television during the 1960s and 1970s, with roles in series including *The Prisoner* (1967), *The Avengers* (1961) and *The Saint* (1962).
