## Biography

Jane Ruhm is a costume designer. She began her career in 1975 on the film *Death Race 2000* and has worked on numerous films including *Say Anything...* (1989), *Singles* (1992), *Matilda* (1996) and *Death to Smoochy* (2002). Her television credits include *Seinfeld* (1989), *Amazing Stories*, *Weeds* and *Eagleheart*.

She has received four Primetime Emmy Awards for her work on the series *Tracey Takes On...*. A native of Los Angeles, Ruhm earned a B.F.A. from UCLA and attended graduate school at the UCLA College of Fine Arts. She is a lecturer at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
