Janet Montgomery is an English actress. Born in Bournemouth, Dorset, she trained as a dancer at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts in Bedford before moving into acting.

She appeared as Madeline, one of the Little Swans, in the film *Black Swan* (2010). Other film roles include Alexandra in *Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead* (2009), Lady Arabella in *Our Idiot Brother* (2011) and Sarah Elliot in *The Space Between Us* (2017). On television she has played Beth in *Skins* (2007) and *Black Mirror* (2011), Princess Mithian in *Merlin* (2008), Olivia Maine in *This Is Us* (2016), Lauren Bloom in *New Amsterdam* (2018–2023) and Hillary in *1923* (2022).

Montgomery had series regular roles as Ames in *Human Target* (2010–11), as Mary Sibley in *Salem* (2014–2017) and as Jennie in *Entourage* (2010–11). She also starred as Martina Garretti in the short-lived series *Made in Jersey* (2012).
