Janet Wygal is a composer and musician. She worked in the music department on the animated series *Daria* (1997–2001), composing the theme song "You're Standing On My Neck".

She composed the scores for the television films *Daria in 'Is It Fall Yet?'* (2000) and *Daria in 'Is It College Yet?'* (2002). Wygal is a guitarist and vocalist in the pop band Splendora, which she founded with her sister Tricia Wygal.
