Jarrad Paul is an American screenwriter, director and actor. Born on 20 June 1976 in Miami, Florida, he moved to Los Angeles after high school.

He co-wrote the screenplay for the 2008 film *Yes Man* with Nicholas Stoller and Andrew Mogel. Paul has written episodes of *Stargate SG-1* and co-created the television series *Allen Gregory* (2011) and *The Grinder* (2015–2016). With Mogel, he co-wrote and co-directed the 2015 film *The D Train*.
