Jason Derlatka is an American composer and musician. He has composed for numerous television series, often in collaboration with Jon Ehrlich.

His credits include the series *House* (2004–2012), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination, as well as *The Agency* (2001–2002), which earned him another Emmy nomination, *Tru Calling* (2003), *Tarzan* (2003), *Parenthood* (2010–2015), *Goliath* (2016–2021) and *The Resident* (2018–2023). He also composed for the film *Flakes* (2007).

Derlatka is a member of the rock band Journey, performing on keyboards and backing vocals.
