Jason Ganzel is a television writer and producer. He was born on 31 October 1975 in Reno, Nevada.

Ganzel began his career in production roles on series including *Married to the Kellys*, *Kevin Hill*, *So Little Time* and *The Ellen Show*. In 2004 he joined the staff of *Desperate Housewives* as assistant to creator Marc Cherry and later worked as a writer and story editor on the series. He has since written episodes of *Grey's Anatomy*, *Graceland*, *Queen of the South*, *Hit the Floor*, *Dynasty* and *Naomi*, and served as co-executive producer on several of these shows.
