## Biography

Jaume Roures is a Spanish film producer and media executive. Born in Barcelona in 1950, he founded the audiovisual group Mediapro in 1994 and has served as its CEO. He began his career in sports journalism at Catalan public broadcaster TV3 before moving into film production.

Roures has produced or executive-produced a number of international and Spanish films, including several collaborations with Woody Allen such as *Vicky Cristina Barcelona* (2008) and *Midnight in Paris* (2011), as well as works with director Fernando León de Aranoa including *Mondays in the Sun* (2002) and *The Good Boss* (2021). He is also known as the founder of the newspaper *Público*.
