He worked on numerous films, frequently for Universal Pictures, with credits including *Written on the Wind* (1956), *The Glenn Miller Story* (1954), *The Far Country* (1954), *The Incredible Shrinking Man* (1957) and *Love in the Afternoon* (1957). He was the son of actor Jay Morley.
