## Biography

Jay Faerber is an American comic book and television writer. He began his career in comics in 1998, writing for Marvel titles including *Generation X* and *New Warriors*, and for DC Comics on *The Titans*. He later created and wrote several series for Image Comics, such as *Noble Causes*, *Dynamo 5*, *Near Death* and *Copperhead*.

Faerber has written for television series including *Ringer* (2011–2012), *Star-Crossed* (2014), *Zoo* (2015–2017, where he also served as story editor and executive story editor), and *Supergirl* (2015, with writing and producing credits). He wrote an episode of the animated series *Invincible* (2021). He was born in 1972 and grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania.
