Jean-Marc Roulot is a French actor and winemaker. He was born in Beaune, Côte-d'Or, in December 1955. He trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris and holds a diploma in oenology from the University of Burgundy.

Roulot has appeared in films including *You Will Be My Son* (2011), *Haute Cuisine* (2012), *Diplomacy* (2014) and *Back to Burgundy* (2017), the last of which he also co-wrote. He is known for the role of Augustin in *The Taste of Things* (2023). He has also worked in television, including episodes of *Call My Agent!*. Since 1989 he has run the family wine domaine in Meursault.
