Jean-Paul Coquelin was a French actor. Born on 3 January 1924 in Paris, he died on 25 April 2001 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. He was the son of actor Jean Coquelin and the grandson of actor Benoît-Constant Coquelin; his mother, Louise Didès, was also an actress.

Coquelin appeared in the 1960 films *Le Trou*, in which he played Lieutenant Grinval, and *Le Capitan* (also known as *Captain Blood*), as Vitry. He worked extensively in French television from the 1960s onwards, including episodes of *Au théâtre ce soir* and *Les Cinq Dernières Minutes*, and had a background in theatre.
