Jeff Rake is an American television writer and producer. He began his career as a lawyer, having earned a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and clerked for federal judges before joining a Los Angeles law firm.

Rake entered television as co-creator of the Fox series *The Street* (2000) and later co-created *Miss Match* (2003) and *The Mysteries of Laura* (2014). He wrote and produced episodes of *Boston Legal* (2004), co-wrote its pilot, and created *Manifest* (2018), on which he also served as showrunner.
