Jeffrey Bloom (born 4 April 1945) is an American screenwriter, film director and producer. He began his career writing feature films in the early 1970s and made his directorial debut with *Dogpound Shuffle* (1975).

Bloom directed the films *Blood Beach* (1980) and *Flowers in the Attic* (1987). His television work includes writing episodes of *Columbo* (1990–1991) and creating the series *Veronica Clare* (1991), on which he also directed.
