## Biography

Jennie Paddon is a British director and former cinematographer. She began working in theatre as an actor and director from a young age, before spending twenty years in the camera department on feature films.

Her camera credits include first assistant camera on *Ex Machina* (2015), *Annihilation* (2018), *Anna Karenina* (2012) and *The Invisible Woman* (2013), as well as focus puller on *Blitz* (2011) and clapper loader on *Sahara* (2005). She has since directed multiple episodes of television series including *Death in Paradise* (2022–2026), *Sanditon* (2023), *The Diplomat* (2023), *Casualty* (2021) and *Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators* (2020).
