Jennifer Ellison is an English actress. Born on 30 May 1983 in Liverpool, she trained at the Royal Ballet Lower School before leaving dance to pursue acting.

She is known for playing Emily Shadwick in the Channel 4 soap opera *Brookside* from 1998 until 2003. In 2004 she appeared as Meg Giry in the film adaptation of *The Phantom of the Opera*.

Ellison has also appeared in films including *The Cottage* (2008) and television series such as *Hotel Babylon* (2006).
