## Biography

Jennifer Haley is an American playwright and television writer. She grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and holds a BFA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in playwriting from Brown University.

Her play *The Nether* won the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize in 2012 and has been produced in Los Angeles, off-Broadway, on the West End and internationally. Other plays include *Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom* and *Froggy*.

For television, she worked as a writer and story editor on *Hemlock Grove* (2014) and as a writer and co-producer on *Mindhunter* (2017), contributing teleplays for several episodes.
