## Biography

Jennifer Hendriks is a television and film writer. She worked on the CBS sitcom *How I Met Your Mother* (2005), advancing from production staff roles to script coordinator and writing three episodes: *Bad News* (2011), *The Magician's Code – Part One* (2012) and *Ring Up!* (2013).

With writing partner Ted Caplan, she co-authored the young adult novel *Unpregnant* (2019), which they adapted for the 2020 HBO Max film of the same name. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University film school, Hendriks has also published cartoon work in *Ms.* magazine.
