## Biography

Jerry Langford is an American animation director. He began working in animation in the early 2000s, serving as a character layout artist on series including *The Oblongs* (2001), *King of the Hill* and *Mission Hill*. He also worked as an assistant director on *Avatar: The Last Airbender* (2005).

Langford joined the production of *Family Guy* (1999) in 2005, initially as an animator and retake director. He made his directing debut on the series with the episode "Tales of a Third Grade Nothing" in 2008 and has since directed dozens of episodes across multiple seasons.
