Jess Chanliau is an American-French actor. They played the recurring role of Ronnie in the Netflix series *The Diplomat* (2023), appearing in nine episodes across the first two seasons.

Chanliau trained at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, California, and graduated with a BA in Acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow in 2017, having spent a semester at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique in Paris. Earlier education included the Marin School of the Arts in Novato, California, and classes at Cours Florent in Paris.
