Jess Hall is a British cinematographer. He was born on 16 March 1971 in Birmingham and studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and New York University.

His credits include *Hot Fuzz* (2007), *The Spectacular Now* (2013), *Ghost in the Shell* (2017), *WandaVision* (2021) and *The Fantastic Four: First Steps* (2025). He has worked repeatedly with director Matt Shakman. Hall is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers and the British Society of Cinematographers.
