Jess Lacher is a writer and producer whose television credits include episodes of the animated series *Rick and Morty* (2013), *Animaniacs* (2020) and the sitcom *A.P. Bio* (2018). She has also written for *Take My Wife* (2016) and *The Detour* (2016), and contributed to the short film *The Little Wolf* (2020).

Lacher has worked in producer roles on *Rick and Morty* and *Animaniacs*. She served as a strike captain during the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike.
