Jess Prosser is an American writer and production professional. He began working in the industry as a production assistant on the television series *Third Watch* in 1999 and on feature films including *Super Troopers* (2001). He later served as a writers' assistant on *Criminal Minds*.

Prosser received a writing credit, under the name Jess Prenter Prosser, for the season-five episode 'Public Enemy' of *Criminal Minds*, which aired in 2010. He has additional credits as a second second assistant director on several films.
