Jess Righthand is a writer, producer and additional crew member on the television series *Grey's Anatomy* (2005). She began working on the production staff in 2017, served as a researcher from 2019, and has written episodes from 2020 onwards, including 'Sing It Again' (season 16), 'Tradition' (season 17), 'With a Little Help from My Friends' and 'Should I Stay or Should I Go' (season 18), 'Love Don't Cost a Thing' (season 19), and 'Keep the Family Close' (season 20, co-written with Briana Belser). She has also held story editor, executive story editor, producer and co-executive producer roles on the series.
