## Biography

Jessica Kender is a production designer working primarily in American television. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, she began her career as a scenic artist painting for shows on and off Broadway before moving to Los Angeles, where she worked as a set designer and art director.

She has production designed series including *Dexter* (2010–2013), *Future Man* (2017–2019), *Little Fires Everywhere* (2020), *Daisy Jones & the Six* (2023) and *Tiny Beautiful Things* (2023), as well as the feature film *Soaked in Bleach* (2015). For *Daisy Jones & the Six* she received a Primetime Emmy nomination and an Art Directors Guild nomination; she also won the 2023 Set Decorators Society of America Award for the series. She has received further Art Directors Guild nominations for *Little Fires Everywhere* and *Future Man*.
