Jill Sprecher is an American film director, writer and producer. She frequently collaborates with her sister Karen Sprecher on screenplays.

Her feature films include *Clockwatchers* (1997), *Thirteen Conversations About One Thing* (2001) and *Thin Ice* (2012), on which she served as director and co-writer. She produced eleven episodes of the HBO series *Big Love* (2006) and wrote the teleplay and story for one episode.

Sprecher grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. She worked in production roles on several films before making her directorial debut.
