Hill directed episodes of *Minder* (1984) and *Lovejoy* (1993). He created the series *Boon* (1986) and directed an episode of *Play for Today* (1982). His other directing credits include *They Came from Somewhere Else* (1984), *Playing for Real* (1988) and episodes of *Casualty*.
