Jimmy Campbell (1903–1967) was a British composer and songwriter. Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, he worked in music for film and stage.

With Reginald Connelly, he provided the musical score for Alfred Hitchcock's *Blackmail* (1929). He is credited as a composer on the film and wrote songs including "Midnight, the Stars and You".
