Jimmy Nail, born James Michael Aloysius Bradford, is an English actor, singer-songwriter, and television writer. He is best known for playing Leonard 'Oz' Osborne in the television series *Auf Wiedersehen, Pet* (1983–2004), a role he secured after auditioning as an extra. He has also appeared in films including *Evita* (1996) as Agustín Magaldi, *Still Crazy* (1998) and *Morons from Outer Space* (1985).

Nail created and starred in the BBC series *Spender* (1991–1993) and *Crocodile Shoes* (1994–1996). His music career includes the 1992 UK number one single 'Ain't No Doubt' and contributions to film soundtracks. He has received BAFTA nominations for his television work.
