Jo Neary, also credited as Joanna Neary, is a British comedian, writer and actress. She is best known for her recurring role as Judith in the BBC Three comedy series *Ideal* (2005–2011), appearing in 37 episodes across series two to seven.

Neary has performed solo character-based stage shows including *Youth Club* and *Joanna Neary Is Not Feeling Herself*, the latter earning a nomination for the Perrier Best Newcomer Award at the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has appeared in other television series such as *That Mitchell and Webb Look* (2008), *Skins* (2007) and *My Mad Fat Diary* (2013), and in films including *Suffragette* (2015) as a woman prisoner and *Darkest Hour* (2017) as Margaret Jerome.
