Joanna Van Gyseghem is a British actress. She was born on 4 September 1941 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Her father, André van Gyseghem, was an actor and director, and her mother, Jean Forbes-Robertson, was an actress. She was educated at Malvern Girls' College and Trinity College Dublin.

Van Gyseghem is known for playing Linda Cochran in the sitcom *Duty Free* (1984–1986) and Lady Marigold Featherstone in *Rumpole of the Bailey* (1978–1992). Other television credits include *Pig in the Middle*, *Fraud Squad* (1969–1970), *The Darling Buds of May* (1993), *Heartbeat* (2000) and *EastEnders* (2008). She appeared as Mrs Burnley in *A Touch of Frost* (1992).
