Jodi Benson is an American actress and singer. Born Jodi Marie Marzorati on 10 October 1961 in Rockford, Illinois, she is best known for voicing Ariel in Disney's *The Little Mermaid* (1989) and its sequels and spin-offs, and for voicing Barbie in *Toy Story 2* (1999) and *Toy Story 3* (2010).

She has provided voices for other Disney projects including *Flubber* (1997), *Enchanted* (2007) and *Ralph Breaks the Internet* (2018). Benson was named a Disney Legend in 2011. Her stage work includes Broadway roles such as in *Crazy for You*.
