Joe Incaprera is an American television producer and production manager. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1992 and began his career as a production assistant on the film *Major League II* (1994). He worked as an assistant director on series including *Homicide: Life on the Street* and *The Wire*, and as unit production manager on two seasons of the latter.

Incaprera served as producer and unit production manager on HBO's *Treme* (2010–2013). He later produced *American Horror Story: Coven* (2013–2014), *Quarry* (2016), season one of *13 Reasons Why* (2017) and *The First* (2018). He was executive producer on seasons 10 and 11 of *The Walking Dead* (2019–2022) and co-executive producer on *Tulsa King* (2022–2023).

He received a shared Directors Guild of America Award for *Something the Lord Made* (2004) and shared nominations for a Primetime Emmy, Golden Globe and Producers Guild of America Award for *American Horror Story: Coven*.
