## Biography

Joe Markham is a British writer and performer. He worked as a senior writer on Cartoon Network’s *The Amazing World of Gumball* for seasons 4 to 6.

He co-created the Sky comedy series *Hitmen* (2019–2021) with Joe Parham, which also aired on Peacock in the US, and served as senior writer and episode writer on *Elliott from Earth* (2021). He has contributed to *The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball* (2025). Markham is a multi-BAFTA winner, with his most recent award in 2022 for his work on *The Amazing World of Gumball*.
