Joe Orrantia, also credited as J.G. Orrantia, is an American animator, writer and storyboard artist. His birth name is Joseph Gilbert Orrantia.

He worked as a writer and storyboard artist on the animated series *Phineas and Ferb* (2007), contributing to multiple episodes from 2009 onwards, and voiced the character Rodney. Earlier credits include storyboard artist on the feature *Anastasia* (1997). He has also worked in layout and storyboard roles on series such as *The Ren & Stimpy Show* (1991) and *Extreme Ghostbusters* (1997), and contributed additional story material to *The Haunted World of El Superbeasto* (2009).
