Joe Pokaski is an American screenwriter and television producer. He began his career writing for and serving as executive story editor on the NBC series *Heroes* from 2006 to 2009, contributing multiple episodes and tie-in graphic novels.

Pokaski has written for series including *Crossing Jordan*, *CSI: Crime Scene Investigation* and *Marvel's Daredevil*. He co-created and served as showrunner on *Underground* (2016–2017) and *Marvel's Cloak & Dagger* (2018–2019), for which he also directed an episode. He has written comics for Marvel, including the miniseries *Secret Invasion: Inhumans*.
