Joel Moser is an American animation director and writer. He directed three episodes of the Netflix series *BoJack Horseman* in 2014.

His other directing credits include episodes of *TripTank* (2015–2016), *Big Mouth* (2017–2019), *Central Park* (2020), *The Great North* (2021) and *Exploding Kittens* (2024), where he served as supervising director. He created *TripTank* and has worked as a storyboard artist and in other animation roles on several series.
