Joel Skinner is a British television editor. Born and raised in Bristol, he worked in insurance before pursuing a career in film in his late twenties. He holds a Master's degree in Film and began in the industry as an assistant editor and visual effects editor on series including *Doctor Who*, *Sherlock* and *Luther*.
