John A. Norris is an American television writer and producer. He began his career on the series *One Tree Hill* (2003), where he worked as a writer, story editor, executive story editor, script coordinator and later as co-producer, producer and supervising producer across multiple seasons.

Norris has contributed as a writer and producer to series including *Beauty and the Beast* (2012), *Bull* (2016), *Deception* (2018) and *All American* (2018). He created and served as showrunner and executive producer on *Motorheads* (2025).
