## Biography

John Bring is an American writer and director. He graduated with a BFA in mass media from Valdosta State University in 2005 and moved to Los Angeles, where he began working in production.

Bring started on *Supernatural* (2005) as a writer's production assistant in season eight and became a writer's assistant from season nine. He co-wrote the episodes "Beyond the Mat" (2016) and "The Memory Remains" (2017). He later worked as a staff writer and story editor on *Kung Fu* (2021). Earlier credits include second assistant director on *Snakes on a Train* (2006) and production assistant roles on *Without a Trace*.
