John H. Burrows (1924–2020) was an American production manager and producer. He worked as associate producer and production manager on the horror film *A Nightmare on Elm Street* (1984).

Burrows also produced several independent films in the 1970s, including *Superchick* (1973), on which he received an original story credit. His other credits include production management on *Pump Up the Volume* (1990) and *The Watcher* (2000).
