John C. Kelley is an American television writer and producer. He began his career writing and directing the short film *The Yellow Badge of Courage* (1999) and worked as a producer and writer on the television special *Earthship. TV* (2001).

From 2003 to 2007 he served as a writer and producer on the CBS series *NCIS*, contributing to sixteen episodes. He later joined the Fox medical drama *House* (2004), writing seven episodes between 2010 and 2012 while also working as supervising producer and co-executive producer.

His other credits include writing for *The Blacklist* (2013), *Marvel's Daredevil* (2015) and *Pandora* (2019), as well as producing roles on *Emily Owens, M.D.* (2012).
