John Fenner is a British cinematographer. He was born on 19 June 1951 in Islington, London.

Fenner served as director of photography on all nine episodes of the 1988 series *The Storyteller*. He has worked extensively with Jim Henson productions and the Creature Shop, shooting *The Muppet Christmas Carol* (1992), *Muppet Treasure Island* (1996), *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* (1990) and *Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story* (2001). Other credits include *The Borrowers* (1997) and the animated feature *Valiant* (2005).

He is married to Glynis S. Pugh and they have one child.
