John Fleck (also credited as John W. Fleck) is an American actor and performance artist. Born on 7 May 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio, he has appeared in numerous television series and films.

He is known for playing Gecko in the series *Carnivàle* (2003) and for guest roles across the *Star Trek* franchise, including *Star Trek: The Next Generation*, *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine*, *Star Trek: Voyager* and *Star Trek: Enterprise*. His film credits include *Falling Down* (1993), *Waterworld* (1995) and *Velvet Buzzsaw* (2019).

Fleck is one of the NEA Four, a group of performance artists who successfully sued the National Endowment for the Arts after their grants were withdrawn in 1990 on grounds of alleged obscenity. He has also performed self-scripted one-man shows and appeared in series such as *Murder One*, *True Blood* and *The Orville*.
