John Edvard Harryson (also credited as John Harrysson) was a Swedish actor. Born on 17 April 1926 in Katrineholm, he appeared as Lelle in Ingmar Bergman's *Summer with Monika* (1953). He was the father of actor and television host Peter Harryson.

Harryson had a long career in film, television and theatre, with roles including the Russian submarine captain in *The Jönsson Gang Turns Up Again* (1986) and parts in series such as *Raskens* (1976) and *Hedebyborna* (1978–1982). He was also a voice actor, providing the Swedish voice for Scrooge McDuck, Eeyore in *Winnie the Pooh*, Doctor Snuggles and the Sheriff of Nottingham in *Robin Hood* (1973). He died on 28 November 2008 in Stockholm.
