John Hensley is an American actor. He is best known for portraying Matt McNamara in the FX series *Nip/Tuck* (2003–2010).

Hensley began his screen career with guest roles in *Strangers with Candy* (1999) and *The Sopranos* (2000). He had a main role in the series *Witchblade* (2001–2002). His film appearances include *Teeth* (2007) and *Shutter* (2008).
