John Hoberg is an American screenwriter and producer. He has worked extensively in television and film, often in collaboration with his wife Kat Likkel, a writing and producing partnership that began in the late 1990s.

Hoberg received screenplay and story credits on the Pixar animated feature *Elemental* (2023). He has written for series including *Paradise* (2025), *My Name Is Earl* (2005), *Better Off Ted* (2009), *Galavant* (2015), *American Housewife* (2016) and *Downward Dog* (2017). He is an Emmy-nominated showrunner.
