John Karna is an American actor. He played Greg Anrue in the 2017 film *Lady Bird*.

He is known for his role as Noah Foster in the first two seasons of the MTV series *Scream* (2015–2016). Other film credits include *Bindlestiffs* (2012), *Premature* (2014) and *Sugar Mountain* (2016).
